Emily Swope
Hello, my name is Emily Swope. I grew up in Houston, TX attending Spring Branch schools and went to college at Stephen F. Austin State University. This is my 2nd year at Bear Blvd. School, I taught Kindergarten for 4 years before coming here. When I am not in the classroom, I love spending time with my husband, family, friends, and being outdoors. I am so excited to spend the next school year watching your child grow and learn!
My goal for students every year is for them to learn and grow at a developmentally appropriate rate in all areas while cultivating a love for school and learning! We will read, count, explore, imagine and write everyday. Being a teacher brings so much joy into my life! I love seeing students grow over and the successes they make throughout the year. I will only have you rchild for a short time and want to make a contribution that will last a lifetime!
