Welcome Knight Family!

This is my sixth year as a Professional School Counselor and ninth year at Nottingham! I consider myself incredibly blessed to be an elementary school counselor! I love having such a versatile role on campus and being able to advocate for students in different capacities. I am convinced that I have the best job in the world and am incredibly excited to partner with you!

As a Professional School Counselor, I spend a majority of my time in direct service with students. My duties are focused on the overall delivery of a total counseling program through the use of guidance curriculum, individual student planning, responsive services, and systems support.

I see students individully and in small groups when the need arise on such things as anger, grief, building friendships, self-confidence, anxiety, and family changes (a new sibling, divorce, seperation, or a move). I also provide developmentally appropriate guidance lessons to each class every month. I am here to support your student's emotional, social, and intellectual growth.

I am a team player who is flexible, approachable and resourceful. My dedication to students and their diverse needs is limitless. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the lives of students in this wonderful community helping them become the next generation of parents, workers, leaders, and citizens.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music from all genres, reading inspirational books and watching football (Go Saints! Go Tigers!). I equally enjoy spending time with my amazing family and friends.

It is an honor to serve the families of Nottingham! If there is anything I can do to serve you or your family, please don't hesitate to reach out! I am truly happy to assist!
