Paul Skudder

Personal Biography:

Mr. Skudder teaches Environmental Systems (11th grade) and Earth & Space Science (12th grade) at Westchester Academy for International Studies. He grew up in the Albany New York area and his curiosity about the natural world led him to worked professionally first as an environmental consultant and later as a geologist in the oil and gas industry before eventually finding a calling as an educator. 2020-2021 will be his 5th year teaching and his best so far! He is hapilly married with two sons and enjoys camping and fishing when he has time. His philosiphy as an educator is that every student is worth teaching.

 

Mr. Skudder holds a B.A. in Geoscience from Williams College and a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Montana.
